In my village every people are not maintaining social distance and also not wearing mask and everyone are back to normal but while praying they were maintaining social distance and after finishing the prayer they were combined and talking without mask and social distance. what is the ruling here for praying with social distance?

ANSWER: If it’s obligated by the law that you must maintain social distance while praying then you all must follow the law and not create any fitnah for the Muslims.

In my country it is mandatory to get the covid vaccine in order to enter malls,schools,gyms etc. I’ve gotten vaccinated.A cousin of mine hasn’t as he is worried about the side-effects. If I lend him my vaccination card and he uses it to enter malls etc, will I be sinful?? PS he’ll pretend he’s gotten vaccinated as he’ll be using my card.

ANSWER: This is not permissible at all. Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam said a person who cheats is not from among us.

I recite my evening adhkar after asr salat. Is it authentic to recite “(Laillaha illah lah wahdahu la sharika lahu lahul mulku walahul hamdu yuhyi wa yumitu wa huwa a’lla kulli shain qadeer)” 10 times in the evening and morning?

Inheritance, Riba

ANSWER: Yes, you can use it. It’s his inheritance and it must be divided among all his heirs according to shariah law. The person who has taken the Riba based insurance is sinful and not his heirs.

Is it permissible to have a credit card if the person; -Does not pay any type of fees/charges on it -Does not incur any type of riba on it -Pays full credit card balance every month.

ANSWER: If there is no other Islamic alternative or debit card, this seems permissible if it is a necessity. The problem is with signing an agreement approving riba if the grace period was exceeded.
