QUESTION: My parents convinced me to accept the marriage proposal of my cousin. I was convinced and accepted it. But after 2 months I came to know that he does not pray even 5 mandatory prayers. Now I don’t want to marry but my parents are forcing me to accept it. Can I refuse or should I marry?

ANSWER: You must not accept to marry such a man and the marriage is invalid as he is not Muslim if he doesn’t pray at all!

QUESTION: One suffered from waswas for a very long time. He fought as best he could, but eventually after many years he became so tired that he left the religion, as was expected. Can he repent and return to Islam? What can he do to have his repentance accepted for this?

ANSWER: Of course he can repent & revert back to Islam! Door of repentance is open until before he dies. Prophet ﷺ said that Allah accepts repentance as long as the death rattle has not reached the throat.

QUESTION: My aunt’s son says he is an atheist and rejects Islam, though he sometimes prays and fasts around family. I have advised him for years and tried my best, but he remains adamant in his disbelief. He is also dating a non-Muslim woman and plans to marry her. Must I cut ties with him, or maintain family relations without approving his beliefs and actions? What is my duty?

QUESTION: Apologies for reasking question due to my poor wording. My friend insulted Allah and mocks Islam, you told me he commited kufr which I am aware of. I hate what he said and when he mocks Islam I try to get out of the situation. ANSWER: It is not kufr but it is not permissible to hangout with a disbeliever that makes fun or Allah or mocks the religion! If he were to call your mother a prostitute, would you still hang out with him?

QUESTION: Saw video of girl dancing I know she is a Muslim but due to how she dress do all stuff in anger/annoyance cause don’t like what she is doing I was like Christian,who knows if she has even change religion.And I know the ruling of calling a Muslim that ,sometimes find hard to ignore ,ruling on this ?

ANSWER: Stop watching such filth. It’s not permissible to watch such videos to begin with, whether she’s a Muslim or a disbeliever, it doesn’t matter! Calling her a Christian when you know she is Muslim but a sinner is a major sin.

QUESTION: With regard to gifts..A man has 5 kids but 1 of the child doesn’t follow ONLY ISLAM but follows other religions as well..Gifts are property like flat and shop which the child will share with her hindu mother as parents are divorced and the child stays with the mother and refuses to come to the father?so does the person has to gift equally to that child regardless of what is her belief?
