QUESTION: I converted to Islam and catfished a Pakistani man for 6-7 months, pretending to be a woman. He has become emotionally dependent on me and expressed suicidal thoughts. I’m torn between revealing my true identity, which could harm him, or continuing the deception, even though it’s haram. Please advise.

All of these are major sins You must cut all communications with him without telling him anything, block him from contacting you and repent to Allah and ask Him for forgiveness over such major sins!

I have a different account which is anonymous and then message them with it on there.
