QUESTION: I came across a post claiming that when someone visits the grave of a deceased brother, the deceased smiles and responds to those present. On the Day of Judgment, the deceased asks the Prophet ﷺ to intercede for that person. The book quoted is Al-Quboor by Ibn Abi al-Dunya. Should we follow or not follow this statement?

Our area girl suffered alot bcz of mens like got raped at12, when decied to file complain, forcefully married with 30y old bcz his 1wife didn’t had son, then bros took her inheritance & got killed by husband through domestic violence during birth of 3daughter so she wrote her will that no men will touch & burry her body but molvis r saying its not allowed?wed?

ANSWER: This is not permissible and such a will is void and has no value! It is like if she write a will to be cremated!
