ANSWER: It is too difficult and impossible to remove it all! My old aunt used to tell us when we were children: if it is smaller than you, eat it before it eats you!

I read somewhere that the woman who wears perfume is doing zina and the guy who smells it is doing zina. So when i feel a woman is wearing perfume (for example in the mall), i stop my breath until the woman goes away. Is this correct? What should i do?

ANSWER: The one wearing perfume and allowing non mahram men to smell that is like an adulteress. Men smelling it are not sinful as this is not within their control and holding your breath like this is an innovation.

ANSWER: I would not advise you to settle there as this is not permissible and it is very dangerous for your children.

Sheikh usually uses the verse 5:3 (deen completed) as evidence against bid’ah. Sheikh also says “did the sahaba etc do it(particular bid’ah)”. Isn’t there a contradiction between the 2 since all salaf came after that day? I give dawah to innovators and this verse would make a big difference if I no longer had this confusion.

ANSWER: The sin is not upon you. If there is no other Islamic alternative or debit card, a credit card seems permissible if it is a necessity. As long as they don’t allow interest to accumulate and they pay off in advance or immediately, this is permissible.

ANSWER: This is not permissible. You must pray all your prayers on time. If you are forced to hide it, you can combine thuhur and asr together and maghreb and isha together.

I am currently a university student and every semester the school gives us 1 month to pay the tuition before it accumulates intrest. ANSWER: It is prohibited to give late fee on delayed payments. However, if you had done that unknowingly, you must repent to Allah and never delay it again.
