ANSWER:

You should stand back up after the imam stands up. If you can’t see the imam, stand up after he finishes saying “samiAllah huliman hamidah.”

When the imam rises and says sami allahuliman hamidah, how should we follow? Is it permissible to stand up once he has completely stood up or should we wait till he completely says sami allahuliman hamidah even if that takes a little while more?
