ANSWER: Nutmeg and using it in very small amounts is an issue of dispute and it is best to avoid it if possible but if one is unable to do so due to the fact that it is widely used in cooking and everyone uses it, I pray that this is fine in sha Allah.

ANSWER: This is not shirk or kufr. No problem in this due to necessity even without the disclaimer as long as you resent it and disbelieve in it

ANSWER: If the amount of water sprayed is equivalent to what wets the organ when washed and you can see the water running, this is sufficient.
