ANSWER: If he gave you his name and your mother was not married to anyone else and was not known to have slept with other men at the time, he is your biological father and he must provide for you and you will inherit him if he is Muslim

QUESTION: If a child was conceived out of wedlock but the parents marry before the child was given birth to, can this child be named after his father and inherit from him?

ANSWER: It is an issue of dispute. In Sha Allah he can be called after his biological father and can inherit him

QUESTION: Ya sheikh people in the masjid sometimes lose their keys .and it would be somewhere in the masjid .so the person who lost it requests the imam to announce in the masjid to handover the key to him .and this is done after salah.is this permissable and how should one find the keys if he lose it in the masjid

ANSWER: This is not permissible. He can ask the imam or the admins of the masjid whether anyone has brought forward missing items or not but not to announce this in the masjid.

QUESTION: Last time I asked you a question about siblings born out of wedlock. You answered me with a video. From what I understand the father can’t give his name to the children,etc. But what if the father already gave them his name and declared them as his child in front of the Kafir gov. ANSWER: He cannot inherit his biological father unless he had married his mother and gave him his name.

I wanted to ask if a person has a brother or sister and rhey married to a non Muslim are their kids count as nephew and nieces or no ? Especially if a muslim women married a non Muslim man are her kids nephew and niece of the maternal side I know the relationship is invalid but what about the kids?

ANSWER: The children born out of wedlock of your sister are your kinship as she is their mother and gave birth to them! The children born out of wedlock of your brother are not related to neither him or you.
