QUESTION: Is it authentic? Abū Mūsā al-Ash’arī said: “I came to the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ while he was performing Wuḍū (ablution) then I heard him supplicating: اَللّٰهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي ذَنْبِي، وَوَسِّعْ لِي فِي دَارِي، وَبَارِكْ لِي فِي رِزْق So I said: O Prophet of Allāh I heard you supplicating with such and such, he ﷺ said: ‘And has it left anything out?’.”(Nasā’ī in Sunan al-Kubrā 9828)

ANSWER: The hadeeth is not authentic.

QUESTION: Am i correct to take the qudsi hadeeth of( O son of Adam, I fell ill and you visited Me not. He will say: O Lord, and how should I visit You when You are the Lord of the worlds?) as compelitly metaphorical as allah is self sufficent and this was only to emphasise the importance of visiting and caring for the ill?

ANSWER: Correct

QUESTION: Sheikh can u explain this hadith.”No journey should be undertaken to visit any mosque but three: this mosque of mine,al-Masjid al-Haraam and Masjid al-Aqsa.” Does it mean its haram to visit other mosques? For example if i go to visit madinah and want to go and see mosques there like masjid quba and others. Im finding it hard understanding this hadith.

ANSWER: Its not permissible to travel specifically to visit masjids other than the 3 mentioned in the hadith. If you are already in that city then no problem in visiting other masjids of that city as you did not travel to that city to visit that masjid.

QUESTION: A brother said he went to visit an elder relative and his non mahram wife approached him and hugged him (he didn’t step back or prevented her)… she sees him as a grandson also saw him growing since a kid… He’s asking if he’s sinful?

ANSWER: Of course he is sinful! He must have stepped back and not allow her to touch him, let alone hug as Prophet ﷺ said its better to be stabbed in the head by an iron needle than to touch a non mahram

QUESTION: Is the hadith authentic where it says that whoever leaves something for the sake of Allah سبحانه و تعالى, He will replace it with something better.

QUESTION: There are 4 things that if women do she’ll go to jannah, one of them is obeying husband, what if she doesn’t have a husband? If she does all other 3 except obeying husband bcs she doesn’t have one, does this hadeeth apply to her

ANSWER: This does not apply to her if she does not have a husband however, she is rewarded for doing the other 3

QUESTION: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: “He who has hair should honour it.” Does this hadith mean acts like applying hair spray or gel to hair or using an electronic beard comb specifically to straighten the beard hair can be acts of worship if we intend to please Allah.

QUESTION: The hadith about Abu huraira (Ra) guarding the treasury and a thief tries to steal 3 times. And after the devil tells Abu huraira (Ra) to recite Ayatul Kursi. Is it a fabricated hadith ?

ANSWER: This is an authentic hadeeth.

QUESTION: I heard from a scholar online saying that there is infinite barakah in covered food that Aysha (RA) were eating from covered packet of dates without seeing them one day she just thought I have been eating these dates more than month lets just check how many are left there.The Prophet (SAW) said that If you did not check you would have eating those dates till Qiyama.Is this hadith authentic?

QUESTION: Did our prophet said that my ummah will never be in misguidence. If yes does that mean if there is consensus of all scholars on a issue it will never be wrong
