ANSWER: As long as you sell halal food in a halal way, your income is halal, and it is none of your business who comes to your cafe. It is not your job to investigate, as most people do not carry their marriage licenses!

ANSWER: A woman can work but under the condition that the place should be segregated, the job must be halal, she must observe the proper Islamic hijab and most importantly her Wali must give her permission for this.

QUESTION: I work in a private company. Usually there is no leave for dhuhar parayer. I try extending my lunch hour to almost end of dhuhar to go to mosque and pray dhuhar and stay till the start of Asr to pray asr and return in an hour. Is it sinful or permissible?

ANSWER: As long as you don’t take any of their time, this is fine but you can pray thuhur on time in the office and if your lunch break coincides with Asr, you can go to the masjid
