QUESTION: When starting recitation of Qur’aan at the middle of the Suurah,is it allowed to say Bismillaah or we are just supposed to say ‘Audhubillaahi minash-shaitaanir Rajiim.

QUESTION: If it’s not permissible to do khatam Al Quran for a purpose in Islam. please can someone decide to give out a copy of Quran to a student of knowledge, for him to be reciting daily so he receive rewards for it. What about the students of knowledge supplicating for the person who gave out the Quran when ever he completes the full Quran

ANSWER: No problem in gifting the Qur’an and you will get the reward everytime they recite from it. You must not ask him to make duaa for you after completion

Does this virtue apply to a person who regularly recites certain surahs (e.g., Al-Muzzammil, Al-Mulk, Nuh, Al-A‘la, and other short surahs and verses) all from memory, or is recitation directly from the Mushaf required?

ANSWER: It is not permissible to use transliteration to learn the Quran unless you use it while listening to the Quran from a reciter to check and learn your Quran properly

QUESTION: I used to be good and was able to recite the Qur’an in flow but because of whispers of Shaitan (I guess) I have now almost lost the ability to read in a flow and with tajweed… ‎What can I do now with this situation and how can I again achieve my old recitation?

ANSWER: It is permissible to say such a word when liking something but to say it when the reciter is reciting the Quran like the Egyptians do, this is disrespectful and an innovation.

QUESTION: If I make a goal to complete 1 Juz of the Qur’an every day, can I recite that daily portion during Tahajjud prayer? For example, can I divide that 1 Juz into half pages and recite it in my Tahajjud prayer and the other half in mosque or my home.
