I work as a khadim in a typical hanafi mosque in Bangladesh. Sm tym people may come and order me 2 announce thru the loudspkr death news, missing news, finding-some-missing-thing-in-the-masjid news and so on. I know announcing these is not permissible in the masjid. If I deny them I may get fired as I am a weak person. wht 2 do?

I have a question regarding dowsing. In dowsing you use a metal rod usually l shape or u shape and in order for this to work you have to ask it questions like is there water here is there silver here etc. is this considered black magic and is this haram ?
