Sheikh, I want to start a workshop in my masjid about praying as per sunnah. As I’m not a scholar, so I want to convince the imam & team up with him. If the initiative gets successful then will go to other masjids. I want to do it for the sake of Allah but getting whispers of shaytan about showing off. I’m confused. What should I do? Pls advise.

ANSWER: This is an excellent thing to do providing you are knowledgable of what you are preaching and not just blindly following someone without proper knowledge from the Sunnah.

A person committed a lot of minor and major different types of bad deeds in the past. Also, most of the time of life of this person was spent in disobeying and spreading corruption. Can he/she still aim for the highest level of Jannah after repenting

ANSWER: Yes, he can, by repenting and doing a lot of voluntary good deeds and worship, especially night prayers, besides completing all the obligatory acts of worship and staying away from haram and sins.

Is standing for national anthem whether intentionally or unintentionally considered as minor shirk or minor kufr or is it a major Shirk or major kufr. Please specify

ANSWER: This is inappropriate And one must not do such a thing. However, it is not shirk in Sha Allah unless one feels of glorifying it and having submissiveness and obedience to it similar to Allah.

My dad has 3 children, 1 daug. & 2 sons. 10yrs back he had given 240gm of GOLD as gift to my sis during her wedding but he didnt give d same gift to his sons.Today we’re dividing property & my dad is ALSO not ready to deduct that amt. of gold (240g) which he had given as a gift to my sis from her share. According to Sahih Muslim:1624 Is he sinful for not equally sharing gifts among his children?

ANSWER: No problem in that at all! 6 of the 10 heaven-bound companions were rich and the prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam never scolded them, rather he encouraged them and made duaa for them.

ANSWER: You should speak in a serious voice, to the point without socializing or chitchatting while lowering your gaze at all times.

Is it permissable for a person to keep posting the same post over and over again to the point that people get annoyed because of full storage. My brother has been posting screenshot of a youterber ustad who is reciting Duas and dhikr and he keeps sending SS of the views that usthad has live and his subscriber count. My paternal grandfather has 2 sons and 5 daughters from which my father died 20 years before. I’m a girl and I have 1 brother. Will I get any money if the house gets sold (my grandfather’s house)?

ANSWER: If your father died before your grandfather, you have no right in your grandfather’s wealth. But if your grandfather died while your father was alive, then you inherit his share along with the other heirs of your father.

Alhamdulillah I am always trying to be a better Muslim, people are easily trusting me with their affairs, I know myself as not deserving but it is Allah’s Test. I am scared to betray their trust too. Is there any Du’a or something I can do about the fear. Please advise.
