I owe eight siyam from last Ramadan…but I am afraid I cannot make it before the coming Ramadan as I am 6 months pregnant now.. please give the ruling regarding the fulfillment of the above.

You should make up these days when you are able .

My grandmother has to make up 600 fasts because she did not make up the fasts she missed when she was young. So my question is I know its fidya is to feed one poor person for 1 fast.One day include 3 times food or just give it 1 time? She has to give from their own money or my dad can give on behalf of her as she has some gold & my dad also gives money to her? My grandfather is not alive.

She has to feed one poor person a meal for everyday missed. She can pay it herself or approves anyone else who is volunteering.

I want to know that I have heard,that we should not recite any ayats or soorats from quran when we go to graves, but its quite confusing because from start we use to recite soorat fatiha.

You can make Du’ah for a deceased whenever you want as you do for yourself.

When to do charity (give money etc) on behalf of a dead relative? Does this only count if its done with that dead person’s money left behind or can you use your own money and say its for the dead person?

After a person dies, he has no money as it all goes to those inheriting him except for the will if he had left one. Whatever a person gives for charity from his own money, this will benefit the deceased.

I wonder what happens DIRECTLY after someone dies ?

Nothing until he is buried. After that, he is questioned by the two angles and decided whether he will be blessed and favored in his grave or punished.

If I give zakat for the deceased will they be rewarded? and will I aswell be rewarded?

Zakat can’t be given on behalf of the deceased. You can give charity on his behalf.

I would like to ask what are the sunnah that I can do while visiting my mother’s grave, and what are the common innovations that I should avoid? Is reading Quran ok?

You can only ask Allah for forgiveness for her and make du’ah for her and that is all.

Sheikh, kindly clarify this statement: Prophet [S] offered Janazah prayers for King Najashi of Abysinnia, when he heard that the king had passed away.
