Only the person who is to offer sacrifice is ordered not to cut his nails or his hair. His wife and children has nothing to do in that.

Can you please tell that one who is not performing Hajj should also not cut his hair or nails before doing his sacrifice ,and whether the one in this case the husband who does the sacrifice has to cut his hair and not the whole family
