I have been divorced for over 12 years now. My x husband has been remarried and has another child with his current wife. He and I have 2 children together. He hasn’t financially supported our children for the past 4 years and his reasoning is because I divorced him, he doesn’t have to pay for his children anymore. Even if he divorced his wife, he must still support his children even if they live in another country or even if his ex wife remarried. It is his responsibility to support them.
