It is not permissible to make or hang drawings of live creatures. If these butterflies have no face or head, it is permissible to have it.

Please is it allowed for a Muslim to bake cookies in the shape of animals and with smiley faces on them? Jazakallahu khair.

You must decapitate the head so it is headless. The body should not also excite people by showing the curves of the body in a tempting way. Other than that, it is permissible to use.

Hanging pictures with living beings on walls is not permissible and you should not allow her to do so as the angels will not enter in that house.

Keeping pictures of living people is an issue of dispute among great scholars. The majority forbid it. With dead people, they all agree that this is not permissible as it may lead to shirk or talking to the deceased as it happened with the people of Noah, peace be upon him.
