My question is if the fate of a person will be decided on the day of judgement, then why will there be punishment to a sinner in grave? How can a dead person be declared sinner or good in the grave if that will be decided on day of judgement?

ANSWER: The punishment of the grave is not related to the punishment on the day of judgement. Some people would be tormented in their graves but not punished in hell. Others would not be tormented in their graves but will be admitted to hell.

What is done with the personal belongings of the deceased e.g.clothes, watch,decoration,books? Does it now collectively belong to all the heirs? If so does that mean one heir cannot take it or gift it without the permission of others?

ANSWER: All of these belongings now must be divided among his heirs according to the sharia. No one can gift it as they want, without prior approval of all the heirs.

shiekh My parents sent me to give test in mix universitiy of both males n femlaes. ANSWER: Tell them straight away that this is not permissible in Islam and that you fear for your iman and that you are not going! Do not sound weak or as if you are seeking their permission. Be polite and respectful but make it sure that this is your final decision.

Someone told me its not good/allowed to throw nails or dead skin in the house.Is this true?

I know it’s definitely haram to pluck the eye brows but Is it ok to remove ‘few’ stray hairs around the eye brow by clipping them off?

Sheikh what is the meaning of ‘یا’. Many people use it before name of Ali, Hussain (RA) and some times Mohammad (SAW). Recently in your post i read it is Shirk. So how please can you explain.

ANSWER: It is a word used in Arabic to call others, but it is shirk in case they use it to call a dead person with the purpose of supporting them, or answering their supplications.

Eid al adha is coming soon.my parents r no more. I was wondering can i include their names among the seven names tht r used when gvng sacrifice.?

ANSWER: It is permissible to include your parents names in your sacrifice. There is no need to sacrifice something special for them.

We know Prophet Muhammad (saw) was illiterate. He had a Silver ring to stamp letters. Is it Sunnah to wear a silver ring?

ANSWER: This is not a sunnah! He wore it and used it as a seal whenever he needs to send letters to other rulers and leaders.

Is it allowed to have knowledge of lucky numbers and unlucky numbers But not believing in it. because it is so common that you cant avoid knowing about it like 786 is bismillah and 110 is Ali r.a. 51 is lucky. 13 is unlucky. and so on. No belief in these but only knowledge about it.

ANSWER: This is not permissible and can easily mount to shirk if a person believes in its significance and ability to know fate of people.
