ANSWER:

This is a conditional divorce. If he meant to stops her from doing something and didn’t intend leaving her, this is an oath and not a divorce. He must expiate his oath if she had done what he prohibited upon her.

When a brother gives his first talaq,can he stay in the same room with his wife,and is it permissible,for him to touch his wife,and have intercourse, during the Iddah,and would the first talaq,be binding?

Could you please tell me if a couple get married in both Islamic law and English law, does getting divorced in the English law only mean they are divorced also in Islamic law or will they still be married in the eyes of ALLAH SWT because the Islamic marriage is still in force ?
