We’re married for 7yrs and since last year he always abuses my parents with Ill words and always say he will not attend to any of our family gatherings my parents were so supportive in many means in our difficulties Is it permissible for me to speak against him when he scolds it hurts me so much my 4 yrs son struggles to support me I fear his future would be spoilt by this quarreling help.

I am a surgeon before our marriage my husband agreed to let me continue my job.After some time he started nagging nd verbally abusing me askjng me to leave job. ANSWER: If you made this as a condition in your marriage contract, he is obliged to honor it or divorce you. But if this was not a condition, you must resign and obey him.

Does Islamic law (sharia law ) allows me to keep both wife’s in same house , but different rooms , as I can’t afford another house , but a separate room is possible. Kindly suggest me the book where I can refer this law.

ANSWER: This is only permissible if both wives agree. Each wife’s right is to have her own accommodation where no one shares it with her, with a bedroom, kitchen and a bathroom.

What are my rights towards my married sister? Her husband n she earns pretty good, n has properties n houses. Is it my right to support her financially? Who has more right on me ,my married sister or my wife? Its my wish to spend on sisters, irrespective of wt they Earn. ANSWER: Your married sisters have no right over your money. Your wife and children come first, fulfilling their needs is your responsibility. Buy them a house and property and if you have extra, you can give your sisters.

My husband complain so much about me. I know am not perfect and make mistakes but am getting fed up with all d negative comments every day . I cant say anything back, he goes ballistic.
