Can a man and a woman marry (nikah) each other in the absence of their parents even though the parents are ready and have agreed upon the marriage to take place in the future. I mean if the parents have agreed for their children to marry in the future then in that case can the man and the woman perform their nikah even if their parents are not present during the time of nikah?

A marriage is void and not valid except when the father of the girl is present and he gives her away to him and the boy agrees and accepts.

You shouldn’t marry someone who is not practicing and less in religion than you.

A father gave permission to let his daughter to get engaged with a brother (but not marry at the moment for unknown reasons). The sister and the brother wants to really get married though. Is lt permissible for this sister to get married to him and her big brother comes with her as mahram since the father anyways would accept the marriage but for unknown reasons which to delay the marriage

This is not permissible. She must go and convince her father of her need to marry him.

Sheikh I’m a Nigerian Muslim and I intend to get married soon Bi’iznillah. I want to do everything the Sunnah way but I’m scared I won’t be allowed to do so because of our customs and traditions which involves mixing and music which Allah frowns upon. Because they must be protected as in many cases, they fail to make the right decision, and this is Allah’s law

If a friend is known to be having marital problems and we are afraid that her husband may become violent with her are we allowed to show up at her house in order to make sure she is ok and aid her in any way? Or what are we to do?

One has committed zinaa in the past…one made tawbah.. And is on deen. In the marriage meetinh…the father says are you a virgin…if i say no then they gonna no my past….so do i say yes?

My question is, “Can a would be wife put a clause before marriage that only she will marry him if he (would be husband) leave his parents home and live with her in another home”?
