ANSWER:

It is your responsibility to see to it that she’s properly dressed in the Islamic hijab while going out and you will be answerable before Allah if you allow her to go out without hijab. If she doesn’t listen, admonish her and threaten her with divorce. If this doesn’t work, send her to her parents home for few months and show her your determination. If this doesn’t work, divorce her. 

Sheikh I read a hadith about the dayooth. I do not wish to be amongst those men.I buy my wife hijabs to wear she sees me pray everyday also is around sometimes when i give dawah. Will i be blamed & labeled as a Dayooth by allah if she chooses not to pray or leaves the house without hijab ? What should i do?
