Is there any ruling that after nikah a couple should compulsory have a physical relation to keep their nikah valid? What if the couple just had their nikah done and the bride still didn’t shift with her inlaws?

ANSWER: This is baseless. No problem in living in her parents home until her husband can afford to take her with him.

ANSWER: Of course not! She must not accept this proposal of someone who is less than her in her religious practice and she must not communicate with him at all as he’s a non mahram. She is not a guinea pig to try if you can guide him or not!

It is said that, if the husband is not happy with his wife then the wife cannot enter jannah.what if the husband is not happy with his wife because she is not bringing money or other things from her parents?

ANSWER: This is not a valid reason for him to be unhappy with his wife therefore this does not come under this hadith.

I am unmarried 30 years of age girl. I always wanted to marry as early as possible. Now I think i am not fit for marriage & I should not try for it.when i see my friends/cousins all married I feel that is because they are better muslims & my sins are greater than them. ANSWER: If the potential suitor himself works in a tobacco company, his earnings are not halal and she must not accept such a proposal.

The question is according to Sharia for how much time a husband can live far from her wife if he works somewhere else.Here some scholars say that he can not live more than 40 days some say 4 months and if they donot have intercourse in that period the marriage is nullified automatically.Please explain acc.to Sharia.

ANSWER: There is no limit for such conditions and the marriage does not get nullified in such a way until they divorce each other. Out of necessity he can stay far from his wife as long as there is mutual consent.
