ANSWER:

Your wali is your paternal grandfather. If he is dead, then your eldest brother. If you don’t have brothers, your paternal uncles. If you don’t have any, then your paternal cousin.

I want to do Nikkah but my dad is late. Who can be my Wali in this situation if my uncles live very far and no smooth relationship between I and my uncles?
