ANSWER: Saying Aaoozbillahi minash Shaitan nir rajeem is sufficient before starting to recite the Quran when you’re reading from in between a surah and you should not add Bismillah. When you’re starting a new surah, you should also add Bismillah…..except when reciting surah tawbah.

ANSWER: You shouldn’t discuss these matters with them at the moment until you learn Quran and Sunnah properly and become a student of knowledge with courage, knowledge, diplomacy and wisdom in calling others. Simply don’t participate with them in their innovations.
