ANSWER:

You must take ghusl after intercourse before praying. 

No problem in delaying it until the prayer time comes and you can do all your chores etc while in the state of major sexual impurity.

Is it compulsory to take bath after sexual intercourse between husband and wife. Is it mandatory to take ghusl for doing household work and for praying Salah. Can’t we do any household work without ghusl. Will our body remain impure in this state.
