ANSWER: You must take ghusul after removing your nail polish and repeat the prayers you had performed. There is no sin on you for intercourse as you didn’t know.

I was told that during tashahud, we are supposed to look at our index finger but I have doubt in this because I know that our eyes are supposed to be fixated on the spot where our heads make sujood. Can you clear this up for me, please?

If i know a sister/brother who involved zina in the past, i don’t knw weather they are repented or not. if someone in my relations or friends proposing them to them, is it permissible to speak about their past sins ?

ANSWER: You do not know if they repented from it or not. It is not permissible to disclose the past Sins of others. If you know that they are not fit for marriage, just say that you believe that they are not suitable for marriage without mentioning the reason.
