ANSWER: It is not permissible to play with games that involve playing with dice.

Tabligh jamatis in India say to the people that you spend 3days or 10days or 40days or 4chillas with us.Allah will give a great reward to you.These days to spend with us is obligatory to every muslim.Is it permissible as per Quran and sunnah?

ANSWER: No, it is not permissible and it is an innovation.

Sheikh, I’ve many muslim friends on instagrm but most of them post bad things/ pics of themselves only, very rarely do they post something islamic. Among all of these friends of mine, only 2-3 friends of mine care to watch/read the islamic info i post on my insta and they also take part in dawah. Most of them dont care, so shud I continue doing dawah?

ANSWER: Yes, as Allah Guides Whom He Wills and you don’t know what a post you make might have on a person’s heart who Allah wants to guide.

Sheik here in India we have two different timings of Asr Azaan. Some Muazzins say Azaan around 3.30 to 3.45 pm and some Muazzins say around 5pm. Which is the correct starting time of Asr Salah? Is it 3.30pm or 5pm.? Kindly guide sheik.

ANSWER: The first one, because the later one follows the Hanafi timings where Asr is delayed. As long as the time for that prayer has entered, you can pray regardless of whether the athan has been given or not. Follow the prayer timetable of Umm al Qura of your city and pray accordingly.

I had done some big mistakes in pasT.but then i repented for them for a long tym and still repenting..but i always feel Rabb is angry with me..I always get that feeling that my repentance is not accepted or is not enough.And my heart is hardened. but i don’t want to think again about those sins..because whenever i think, it hurts me alot.i want to overcome that.

ANSWER: You must think positively about Allah as Allah is how you think of Him. Part of your repentance is to ask for forgiveness whenever you remember it. It is when you stop feeling remorse that you should start to worry. You must also increase in doing good deeds as good deeds erase bad ones.

I’ve always wandered which worship I should prioritize before fajr if my time is limited to for example 30 minutes. Prayers, Quran recitation, dua, dhikr, etc. A bit of everything or a lot of some things? Is it better to do more prayers with short surahs or less prayers with longer surahs? Is it okay if I only make dua before fajr time?

ANSWER: The best is to stick to the Sunnah and pray the 8 rakats for Tahajjud even if it is short and conclude it with Witr. The best place to make dua is in the sujood of your prayers.

During taraweeh or tahajjud can the people in congregation behind the imam use the phone to read the translation of what the imam is reciting. For ex. If imam said he will recite surah ya seen in first raka and rahman in 2and. Can the congregation get their phones out and read the translation from quran apps while the salah is going on .?

ANSWER: This is not permissible at all. The followers must listen to the imam when he’s reciting the Quran.

Few months ago I got asked for ruqya because of my grey hair and hairfall at young age through this website and you send me the methods but I didn’t do the ruqya.After a long time I get to know that we can enter jannah without hisab if not ask for ruqya and don’t believe bad omens.So Syeikh do I have a chance to enter jannah without hisab and when I asked for ruqya I didn’t have that knowledge?

ANSWER: If you ask others to make ruqya for you then you come out of the 70,000 who will be admitted to Jannah without account. Doing ruqya on yourself is permissible and doesn’t take you out.

Shiekh in Pakistan Masjid are opened but praying at 6 feet distance to each other, is this bidah or it is good to go masjid as per this situation Plz guide

ANSWER: This is not permissible at all. They should pray alone in their homes instead. If the distance is between a row and another, this is permissible. It is not permissible to keep a distance between a person and another in the same row.
