ANSWER:

This hadeeth means that if a person reaches 60 and he is still sinning and not willing to repent, then Allah has given him enough chances and he wouldn’t have any right to ask for more or complain that he was deprived from the chance to repent. 

Yesterday from your questions i have learnt that our sins are forgiven up to age of 60…but when anyone age of 65 sincerely repent to Allah so what is the rulling upon him or her?
