I have been asking u about nikah in the sub cont.U said it is not valid.Does that mean everyone one here is living in zina?We have some real scholars here who have not objected to it because the wali gives his full consent.U said renew the marriage contract but i am 16 and cant tell anyone to do it.So can i stay quite about it and just make dua to allah to forgive us all& show us the right path?

ANSWER: If they got married thinking that their marriage is legitimate and valid, their marriage is valid. Once they know the Islamic ruling, they must rectify it and renew the marriage.

I embraced Islam a year ago, Alhamdulillah. Before Islam, I used to listen to many positive thinking podcasts that revolved around the idea that the mind has the power to bring about what we focus our energy on. ANSWER: One must stay away from such things as it drives you away from Allah and make you believe in yourself instead.

I wanted to ask I need some money from my parents as I want purchase a car and I’m struggling financially to afford it with what I have. But they say as parents they cannot support me parents tell others about me he asks for money which hurts me and they say only kids provide for parents , once we grow up parents don’t help their children’s. I wanted to know that for a mu’min who believes in Allah’s justice alone and believes that there is no guarantee of justice from the courts of this world (like supreme courts and so on), how much should such a mu’min strive for justice from this world’s courts if he/she falls into a deep conspiracy by enemies?

Does hair band or rubber hair band used for tieing hair into a bun or ponytail in the middle of head create a barrier for wudu??or can one just wipe over hair band?

ANSWER: No it does not act as a barrier.

If a persons wedding was arranged by parents where there was free mixing. Can this be regarded as kufr? Some scholars quoted Nisa 4:140 and Luqman 31:6 from Quran as saying Allah’s verses are being denied and mocked. Because if groom and bride commited kufr by attending this gathering before consumating then it means that marriage is annulled?

Sheikh, the way many marriages take place in our country are against the sunnah, and in one of ur post u said that the marriage is not valid. So will the child be able to get the wealth of the father even if they dont follow the sunnah in marriage? I mean, in the society they think this marriage to be valid.

ANSWER: The marriage is not done according to the sunnah and once they know, they must rectify it and correct it. However, the children are considered to be legitimate for their parents as their marriage was done in the wrong but they were not living in zina.

Nowdays data is gold. Data is everything. At this era so many news are heard leaked photo video. Is it a theft or steal .need to cut hand for the crime.because But there is nothing lose for the owner. Nothing get the stealer . He copied the photo without the owner consent and leak it. ANSWER: It’s a major sin if the masjid is within your vicinity and you are able to go physically but choose not to pray in the masjid without a valid reason.

I have read your fatwa about buying lootboxes and that is it haram even if it is virtual money. But what if you don’t lose anything and just open it. If you get nothing special it doesn’t matter to you that much. And what if you pay something virtual to open it but it is negligible. Or if you pay virtual money for a lootbox but you don’t care what you get. Like red paint or blue paint for your car

ANSWER: It is the same concept of buying a lottery ticket where you may not win anything at all and there is a slight chance that you would hit the jackpot. This is gambling. If you have money to waste, give it to the poor muslims!
