ANSWER: What you are doing is totally prohibited. It’s not permissible for you to spend his money on anything else other than what he has given it to you for, whether it be giving it to your parents or in charity, both are not permissible.

ANSWER: We don’t have a specific hadeeth telling us. Therefore, if someone is paying alone, he should say it as he is rising from sujood. But if he is leading the congregation, he should say it as he is rising from jalsatul istiraha and Allah knows best.

Shiekh our family got 3 goat for sacrifice on eid al adha. One of them hurted himself on his leg. We don’t know wheather it’s a fracture or just hurt. Can it be sacrificed on eid al adha?

My brother wanted to buy a house with mortgage, and since he had bad credit score he asked if i would become co-borrower. I agreed considring with my credit score it would reduce his interest rate on the mortgage. ANSWER: No need. Part of moving on is to totally forget all that had happened as if it didn’t happen. He will know on the day of judgement how he wronged you and realize that.
