ANSWER: This is not permissible at all and yes it comes under gambling.

Alarm woke me up for Duhur, went back sleep because knew alarm wakes me up before Asr as it does everyday but didn’t today, missed Duhur, woke up thinking I became kaafir that’s why I made delays in making salah up because I THOUGHT (I say thought because people told me its not kufr) I thought I became kaafir and there was no need to make up duhur immediately when you wake up anymore is salahvalid

ANSWER: If you slept off after waking up then it’s not permissible to pray dhuhr as you missed it intentionally. If you miss a few prayers, even intentionally, it doesn’t make you a kafir but it’s a major sin.

Sheikh,some days ago a proposal came for marriage to me.groom’s mother recently said that, she told a pious man of their known Madrassah to do istikhara for them &then that pious man do istikhara & he saw if this marriage occurs groom’s father’s grave is getting broken..is that true authentic way of istikhara sheikh?

ANSWER: Of course not! No one can do istikhara on behalf of others and as Muslims, we do not rely on dreams as such dreams are from satan to mess up with out lives.

My question is if someone do a job related to islam such as imam, masjid cleaner, quran tutor, madarsas e.t.c and takes pay for it Will he be rewarded sawab or not? And if rewarded, will it be full or partial?

ANSWER: He will be rewarded.

If I someone angers me I don’t talk bad about them in front of others.Instead I go someplace where no one else is around,then talk to myself and curse them using swear words distinctively to relieve my anger.Am I still sinful? Is it still considered as backbiting?

Sheikh finds it very difficult to sell my car which got accident recently. Every buyers enquire whether there is any replacement or accident . Speaking truth i cannot sell my car. Its been 7 months i am trying to sell it. I try my best not to lie and dodge questions but this creates doubts in minds of the buyers. What to do sheikh? Sheikh I’m my school part of the morning assembly they stand sing and like recite stuff but there’s a part for Muslims and we recite the Quran to everyone and there standing including me and its mixed so is it halal if I recite the quran while people are standing up while there’s mixed genders

Sheikh if someone brings there phone and uses it during the call of nature and he watches YouTube to distract one self and what happens if a short video comes up and someone reciting Quran and listen to it by accident when scrolling down and closes his phone immediately is that person a kafir and has he committed kufur and must take the shaddat.

ANSWER: A man does not need anyone’s permission to get married except the consent of the bride’s father (wali). If she is a righteous woman and you are financially independent and you are a real man who would protect her and honor her, you can go ahead and marry her.
