ANSWER:

This is an innovation as you don’t wear this cap when you go for a job interview or when attending a wedding ceremony for example! This means it is not part of adorning yourself at all! 

QUESTION: If I were cap only when going to pray so to adorn myself,is this comes under biddah (as prophet Muhammad ﷺ always cover his head)??
