My office do conduct celebration with Pooja and yearly bonus & gift distribution on these days.How about being present on such day without actual participation in there act of worship.And other office functions with wine being served.

ANSWER: You must not participate with them in any celebration like this. If you are at your desk and doing your job, there is no sin on you in Sha Allah. Avoid any gathering with them that contains haram.

ANSWER: Such an Imam is not part of the marriage contract. It is only for the purpose of registering it with the authorities.

QUESTION: If my mother or wife for example is willing to give up some of her inheritance can I distribute it more equally? For example at the moment my mother would get 3/4 and wife 1/4 if we have no children. If my mum is ok with it can I write it as 50-50 for each or if for example my mother was so wealthy she needs nothing could i write 100% for my wife? Or is it stil haram?

QUESTION: I want to ask that I hv a short haircut. Like my hair are till shoulder length. I hv heard from many ladies around me that a female cannot have a short hair cut. She should have hair till chest. So after her death, her chest will be covered with her hair. Is it true? Can I have shoulder or shorter than that hair?
