ANSWER:

A pilot is paid to fly and transport people from one place to the other and this by itself is a halal occupation.

As long as he is not serving alcohol personally and not involved in haram, his job is halal but he should look for an airline that doesn’t serve alcohol to be on the safe side. 

QUESTION: My ques is, if anyone as an engineer working in airline that serves beer in flight. His income is halal or haram? He is working in engineering department of that airline!
