QUESTION: If I make a dua for protection to Allah, but I don’t necessarily believe that Allah is going to protect me, rather I believe that after making this dua I can be harmed or protected but it is gonna be for my benefit, is this a proper mindset?

ANSWER: No. Once you make dua for protection, you believe firmly that Allah will protect you.

QUESTION: Sheikh, in 2013-14 i saw a girl from behind when she was crossing the road. And i was in autorickshaw. I didn’t see her face, but still when I saw her my heart started beating fast and I lost my conscious. Since then, I’m waiting and searching for her. ANSWER: Saying it one time is mandatory, 3 times is sunnah and you can add more to it if you wish. This ruling is for ALL prayers, whether sunnah or fard.
