ANSWER: What counts is whether the prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam and his companions did it or not! What others did after that doesn’t count to be part of Islam as the religion was completed at the time of the prophet and wiping the face was not part of it.

QUESTION: If I miss a rakat because of not finishing the fatiha during congregation I know I should make it up after the congregation is over, but can I do my dhirk and recite Ayat tul Kursi before I make up the missed rakat?

QUESTION: Sheikh, I’ve become a practicing muslim & intend to provide islamic education to my 2 children. But after high school or similar institutions, there is no islamic university in our country. They’ll have to study in a mixed environment then for higher studies. I believe it would be disastrous for their imaan & akhlaq. What should I do to protect them as a father? Pls advise.
