Hugging is not a bid’ah as it is a form of expressing one’s happiness and jubilation with Eid. Kissing is not permissible as there is a hadeeth forbiddining it.

Is it precscribed/permissible to read “SubhanakAllaahumma ashadu an la ilaaha illa anta astagfiruka wa atoobu ilayk” (when leaving a majlis Dua’a) after finish reciting Quraan or Adhkaar? I’m sure i read this somewhere but cannot source it

Whispering in the ears of a deceased is not logical as he can’t hear and this is also baseless in Islam.

My question is, since this year the “New year’s Eve” falls on Friday, is there anything wrong if brothers, or family gathers together, since everyone is off work, but with the intention of just gathering, nothing related to new years.

Usually my mother invites my sister over to our house weekly on Fridays, is there anything wrong if she comes this Friday, when is New year’s Eve and not because of New year’s Eve, but just because she usually comes on Fridays.

The Prpohet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam used to hate sleeping between Maghrib and Isha. There is not authentic hadeeth regarding sleeping between Asr and Maghrib.
