When i pray 2 rak’at prayer, in the 1st rak’at as forgetfulness if i sit instead of standing, when I started recite attahyatu I remember its my 1st rak’at only, what should i do? Stand up? Or complete the prayer with sujood as sahu? Or it could be viceversa i may stand up in my 2nd rak’at instead ot sitting. Please explain.

After the Adan we should recite the following dua. ‘Allahumma Rabba hadhihi’l-da’wat il-tammah wa’l-salat il-qaimah, ati Muhammadan il waseelata wa’l-fadeelah, wab’athhu maqaman mahmoodan illadhi wa’adtah.
