Shaykh, what is the islamic view on psychological disorders like autism spectrum disorder, bipolar, schizophrenia, and the like? Are the people with these disorders considered to be one of the people who are pardoned due to some sort of mental illness? My little brother has Autism, which causes him to Act irrationally at times. Does autism exist in islam? Or is it not accepted?

ANSWER: This depends on the situation, if it is severe or not, if they can learn or not. Autism is three levels if I am not mistaken. The last level are not accountable as they have the brains of a child

Is it permissible for 2 people to pray in jamah where the imam is praying the sunnah after the fard prayer he just finished, and the one behind him is praying behind him with the intention of the fard prayer that he hasn’t prayer yet?

I know someone who travels far and the maghrib azaan is called out when she is on her way back. Should she pray in the vehicle, combine the maghrib with isha or pray it as Khaza? What is the ruling in this case?

ANSWER: If she is commuting within city limits, she can’t do that. She must stop and pray it on time. If she is traveling between cities, she can combine maghrib and ishaa. Of course she is not allowed to travel without a male mahram.

sheikh,in my country South Africa,when we leave for umrah and hajj people gather at the house and recite some Quran surah and make duah and make athaan before the hujaaj leave their house. Is this bidah,if so please advise the proper way to leave the house when going for umrah or hajj

ANSWER: This is absolutely a biddah. You don’t need to do anything before leaving for umrah or hajj.

I have a shop in India. When we buy goods for reselling most of our wholesalers don’t give us a tax bill is which is by law a must. When we don’t get the purchase tax bill we cannot show a sales tax when we sell a product. The some products on which we get a purchase tax bill, we are ready to pay the sales tax to the government after the sales . In this case is my earning halal.
