When a person should do the Azkar as I know in morning which is after fajr but for evening? Is it after Asr pray or after Maghreb Please advise

ANSWER: Morning is after fajr but evening is an issue of dispute. Some scholars say after Asr and others say after Maghrib. I take this last opinion.

If a husband does not keep any kind of marital relationship with wife but also doesn’t want to divorce. He just stays in the same house and pays only the mortgage, and wife pays for food and all other bills. Is wife sinner as she can’t respect him or serve him per Islam commands?

ANSWER: She should talk to her father as he’s the one who is responsible to make this decision. If he agrees on someone, she can marry him even if her mother rejects him or opposes it.

If someone who is transgender (completely gone through sex change operation) and wants to revert to islam & repent. What is the ruling on such a person? Which gender is that person classified as? And is the person allowed to marry as it will be considered homosexuality.

ANSWER: Allah accepts all those who come back to Him in repentance and He forgives all those who express remorse. This individual must be treated as the gender he was born with. What he or she changed themselves to is unacceptable and doesn’t count.

ANSWER: Yes, this is kufr! Singing such a song while knowing that these are kufr words yet still repeating it means you don’t have Iman in your heart.

Is it permissible to do qunut in tahajjud prayers? I want to ask Allah to help in my educational dilemma as I’m without a university for 6 months. Is it permissible? And when does tahajjud end? At the call of adhan?

ANSWER: This is permissible if they have an open permission from the sibling to do this.

If a woman is in the state of impurity (periods or janabat) gets a bath to purify herself after fajr prayer let’s say by 11 a.m. but she has not eaten anything after fajar. So can she intends to observe fasting for that day when she gets purified after fajr salah?
