Sheikh is it permissible for a couple to be intimate, if menses stopped but bath not taken?

ANSWER: She must take ghusl after her menses is over to be able to have intercourse.

As per the subject, kindly advice if it is a bad deed to live separately from parents after marriage. Even though my father is earning, so many things are going around at home. There is no peace in my mind. Wife wants a different house. She tried to adjust but I believe I will lose her and my child if I continue to stay with my parents. Please advice.

ANSWER: It is not a bad deed to live separately after marriage. It is your wife’s right to have a separate accommodation after marriage and you can only give her the due rights.

ANSWER: You are obliged to be respectful towards both of them. You can gently advise your mother while maintaining respect. Try to justify his actions from his point of view while reminding her of the reward of being patient and what awaits her at the side of Allah.

Shaik In marriage valima is it compulsory for a bridegroom to bear the expenses fully Or it can be borne by both the parties equally with understanding? Which is better?

ANSWER: The expenses should be taken care of by the groom side. If bride side is capable of bearing and is willing to do without any pressure from others then they can also get involved.

Is it permissible for the mother to conduct her daughters marriages if she doesn’t have any son and her husband died?

ANSWER: Her consent is not required for getting her daughter married. If the father is dead and a girl doesn’t have brothers, her paternal grandfather or uncles will take over the guardianship.

ANSWER: There’s nothing prescribed in the sunnah about this. However one must avoid any kind of extravagance in weddings. They should spend according to their own capacity without being extravagant or showing off.

Whenever I’m happy with my husband and satisfied with happniess in my married life, same day or next day fight terribly as if the marriage is going to end or as if we will kill eachother,inshort whever we are happy,I do get a feeling that a bad fight is coming up. ANSWER: These are all not legitimate reasons for abortion or for not conceiving. Give her the choice of either to have more children or that you take another wife and you will find out that all of her pains have disappeared.
