You can’t begin a marriage with such pride and arrogance. If they don’t want to call and your family doesn’t want to call, there is nothing wrong in that providing that this won’t affect the couple in their marriage!

Because if the groom is like his family and the bride is like her family, each one believes he has rights over the other, such a marriage would end in a disaster! 

 

sheikh, in our society the parents of male groom doesn’t do the congrats of marriage date fixing because they are dominant being the family of a boy. Therefore my family has decided we will not give them the call of congrats otherwise they would feel themselves superior and we Don wanna support their dominancy nd pride bcz in islam all are equal . Is it OK sheikh?
