Want to know,there’s some cases that came to my knowledge that a girl get to know her husband is not straight (means he’s homosexual) after marriage now they’re in messedup relatnship, in such case before marriage how a girl sure that her partner doesn’t have any sexual/mental problems,how a girls side talk to the other family to sure such sensitive topics?

ANSWER: These things can happen even after getting married while they were very good before marriage. The parents should investigate to the best of their ability and leave the rest to Allah and have firm belief in Him.

ANSWER: He should contact the girl’s father and if the father gives his consent, he can get married to her. He is not allowed to contact the girl or be in any communication with her before the marriage.

If the husband doesn’t love his wife, should he force himself to be kind to her? Is it obligatory to be kind towards them or be just be cold?

Sheikh,In a muslim family the bride’s parents spend for the wedding feast,it goes inline with the practice of other faiths . So helping this event is sinful or it nullifies Islam as it involves following the practice of other faiths ?

ANSWER: No problem in the bride’s side giving a feast on the wedding day, without any pressure from the groom’s side, therefore helping them in this is not sinful, providing there is no other haram activities involved, like music, free mixing between non mahrams etc.

Can a husband record the arguments between him and his wife and make there family listen to it as they live separately??

ANSWER: Of course not! This is prohibited spying and backbiting. Allah has said that spouses are eachother’s garments!

I and my husband both have good jobs. He is asking me to spend my money on our house whilst he is spending on his parents( which he claims). My salary account is joint account and his is personal. I know Islamically it’s the man’s duty to spend on me. 1) How can I tell him gently that I don’t want to spend my money and want him to spend on me.
