What to do if im forced to be a part of all haram activities like birthday celebration, marriages, baby shower, ear piercings, puberty functions etc. I can’t avoid it as it will end up with breaking the relationship from them.?

We know Islam prohibits Free mixing, but what about when we go for Umrah or Hajj in Makkah where there is free mixing when people do tawaf and Sa’ee. Is this not considered as free mixing?
