I’m a UK university student and as you may be aware university in the Uk is very expensive. The Country helps you by providing student finance which unfortunately contains riba. My plan was to find a part time job and try my hardest to pay my fee without getting the loan. However, I can’t find a Halal job I have to work in a supermarket with alcohol. My pay is not good for paying.

ANSWER: Getting a degree is not a prerequisite for entering paradise! Avoiding haram is.

If a friend invites another friend towards something which is haraam. And now the friend who invited repented from that haraam activity. But the friend who was invited is still in that haraam activity. So the friend who invited his friend for that activity get sins even after repentance?

ANSWER: This is in Allah’s hands. Most likely, after his sincere repentance, if he tried to talk him out of it and advised him, Allah will forgive him and not hold him accountable for others who followed him in that sin.

I am going to marry a guy who believes in reading fatiha on food, praising Abdul Quader Jeelani rahimahullah extravagantly, visiting righteous people’s graves, etc. Alhamdulillah, I do not believe in such innovations but I really don’t want to take a step back from marrying him. Please advice me

ANSWER: You must try to give them dawah about it’s prohibition but if you can’t then try to change the topic and if they still continue, you must immediately leave that place as there’s no obedience or pleasing anyone at the cost of displeasing Allah.

Can I give a fatwa if I’ve heard the opinions of a subject from multiple different people of knowledge and understand the subject well? If not, what is the requirements of giving a fatwa?

ANSWER: This is not permissible for a layman! He can only quote an authentic scholar’s name and say that this is the fatwa of such and such scholar without putting his own words or opinion in between.
