Recently my company terminated me. I had an agreement with the company where the company states that the end-of-service benefits are included in the Salary. However, as per the labor law it is illegal. My question is whether it is halal to claim the end of service benefits in the labor court or not. Which one is correct to follow the labor law or the agreement? Kindly advise

ANSWER: If it’s mentioned in your agreement that end service is included in your monthly salary and you signed on it then you cannot claim it through labor court. Their sin in disobeying the authorities doesn’t make it halal for you to take what is not yours again!

ANSWER: You have to follow the Sunnah no matter what the people might say or think. If the people of sins and innovation praise a deceased who was like them, do you think that he would be from the people of paradise due to their testimony? Of course not as their testimony is useless!

Is it from the sunnah to get up from the place to pray only when you see the imam even if the iqamah is given?

ANSWER: Of course you should cancel the wedding as you would want a practicing wife with correct aqeedah and a mother who would be a role model for your children who would instill Islamic values in them.

I would like to know if a menstruating woman can destroy a Taweez, even if she recites morning and evening Adhkar alongside with Ayat Al Kursi and the 3 Qul during the destruction. ANSWER: No problem in menstruating women burning off the taweez while reciting the last three surahs of the Quran. Simply throw away the ashes in the dustbin!

Hi I have a animal which is a hamster, if the hamster dies what can I do with it? Can I bury him in the garden and put him in a box? Or can I cremate him? If none of these what can I do? What is the ruling? thanks

ANSWER: It’s not permissible to keep hamsters as pets. A hamster looks like a mouse and is considered from the same species of rodents. If it dies, you should bury it in the ground without any box.

I pray tahajjud,Dhuha, all Sunnah and Fard prayers on time, I fast Dawood Fast, sometimes monday and thursday instead, and fast white days.
