ANSWER:

Of course you should cancel the wedding as you would want a practicing wife with correct aqeedah and a mother who would be a role model for your children who would instill Islamic values in them.

I have a question regarding marriage, i got engaged half a year ago and i was not a practicing muslim, but now Alhamdulilah i have started practicing seriously, but my question is the girl i have been engaged to is not religious at all, what would u recommend ? cancel engagement or marry her
