Is it authentic that if we dont remove our pubic hair within 40days our prayers are invalid?

ANSWER: This is not true, however it’s sinful.

My Uncle tells me not to move my index finger during attahiyat because ghair muqallid people do that who don’t understand the hadeeths well. He also tells me don’t read hadeeths and Directly understand becoz it will cause confusion and tells to follow a mazhab than follow sunnat as I might go wrong since there are context behind it. Any Advice Sheik please?

ANSWER: Don’t listen to him as he doesn’t know anything about Islam as he is a blind follower of what his schools of thought tells him. Real muslims follow what Allah and the Prophet salla allahu alaihi wa sallam say.

Do I have to face Qibla for reading Quran? Or any direction is okay? And do I have to sit in Salah’s position for reading Quran? Or can I sit on a chair and keep the Quran on table in front of me and then read it?

ANSWER: No need to face the qibla and you can sit in any position while reading Quran and you can recite it while lying down as well.

Sheik if a woman did not make up her missed fast before next Ramadan, what should she do? Should she feed 1 miskeen and fast?

ANSWER: If she didn’t make them up until the following Ramadan was due without a legitimate reason, she is sinful for that. She cannot give fidya for such missed fasts as she needs to make them up whenever it is possible for her.

Sheikh one of my friend says that if a Muslim do a sin even if it is one sin and he do it whole life he knows that this is haram and fear Allah but he do that sin whole life even if it is one then he can enter into hell permanently he says it is written in Qur’an…? What do you say about him any advice for him

ANSWER: What he has said is absolutely wrong! His aqeedah is that of the khawarij. No Muslim, who did not do shirk, would be in hell forever.

I got to know that the name of angel of death is not mentioned in quran. Then who is azrael ?

What is your take I’m confused so when one has not fullfiled the branches of iman of what does that mean. Like does that mean he won’t offer good deeds normally or is he sinful like can you explain this concept when one has not fullfiled all 70 branches of iman what happens to him I know it does not take a person out of fold islam but I myself am I layman.

If I am not sure whether I will wake up for tahajjud, should I pray witr or leave it? Again if I pray witr and suddenly wake up in midnight and want to pray Tahajjud can I do that?

ANSWER: You should pray witr and sleep and if you wake up for tahajjud then you should pray in even numbers and not repeat the witr as witr is prayed only once per night.

Shaykh, you had said it’s permissible to use motor vehicles to go to the masjid quickly to catch jamaa’ah. What if I go to the masjid late, riding a normal bicycle to catch the jamaa’ah, will it fall into the prohibition of running/rushing as paddling a bicycle in high speed will make me gasp just as if I ran to the masjid?

ANSWER: Rushing to the masjid whether by walking or riding a bike which makes you gasp, this is prohibited. Driving to the masjid in a fast fashion is also prohibited. One must walk, ride and drive normally.
