ANSWER: This is not kufr but it’s not permissible to use such signs that are predominantly used by the disbelievers.

ANSWER: No problem in having nikah done on any date of any month of the year! There are no restrictions none whatsoever and there are no prescribed days or months that are recommended for such things!
